Mizeria Polish Cucumber Salad Recipe

- 2 large cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon dill chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- to taste salt
- to taste black pepper freshly ground
1. Peel and thinly slice the cucumbers.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, lemon juice, chopped dill, and sugar.
3. Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl and mix well.
4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
