Instructions
Mix glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
Stir the mixture with a spatula and microwave for another 1-2 minutes until the dough becomes translucent.
Dust a surface with cornstarch and transfer the dough onto it. Let it cool slightly.
Cut the dough into small pieces and shape them into balls.
