Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Glutinous rice flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Cornstarch for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir the mixture with a spatula and microwave for another 1-2 minutes until the dough becomes translucent.
  4. Dust a surface with cornstarch and transfer the dough onto it. Let it cool slightly.
  5. Cut the dough into small pieces and shape them into balls.
