Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork Chops
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Cook in the skillet until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
Remove pork chops from the skillet and set aside.
Add mushrooms and garlic to the skillet. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Return pork chops to the skillet and cook until heated through and sauce has thickened.
