- 4 cups Potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.
