Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice short-grain
  • 1 lb Seafood mix shrimp, mussels, clams
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked
  • 1 pinch Saffron
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 unit Red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 unit Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
  3. Add rice and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in chicken broth, add saffron and paprika, stir well.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Add seafood mix, peas, and bell pepper, cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
