Paella Recipe
A classic Spanish dish with rice, seafood, and spices.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rice short-grain
- 1 lb Seafood mix shrimp, mussels, clams
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked
- 1 pinch Saffron
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 unit Red bell pepper sliced
- 1 unit Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
Heat olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Add rice and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth, add saffron and paprika, stir well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add seafood mix, peas, and bell pepper, cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
