Pakistani Chapli Kebab Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Minced Meat (Beef or Lamb)
- 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Coriander, chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Mint, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds, roasted and crushed
- 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds, roasted and crushed
- 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 medium Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 egg Egg
- 2 tablespoon Cornmeal
- as needed Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine minced meat, chopped onion, coriander, mint, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chili flakes, salt, chopped tomato, ginger garlic paste, egg, and cornmeal. Mix well.
Shape the mixture into flat patties.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the patties until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
Serve hot with naan or rice and your favorite chutney.
