- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs plain or seasoned
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat them in the Parmesan mixture.
Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
