Perogies Recipe
Delicious homemade perogies, perfect for any meal.

Dough
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Water warm
- 1 tablespoon Oil
Filling
- 2 cups Potatoes mashed
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Add warm water and oil, mix until dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
6. Place a spoonful of filling on each circle, fold and seal edges.
7. Boil perogies in salted water until they float.
8. Optionally, fry boiled perogies in butter until golden.
