  • 4 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and poppy seeds. Mix well.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
