  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Rub the pork chops with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  4. 4. Add minced garlic and thyme to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
