Ingredients 

Dumpling Filling

  • 500 g Ground pork
  • 1 cup Chopped cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 pack Dumpling wrappers

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
  3. Steam the dumplings for about 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Optional: Pan-fry the steamed dumplings for a crispy bottom.
