Dumpling Filling
- 500 g Ground pork
- 1 cup Chopped cabbage
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1 pack Dumpling wrappers
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Fold and seal the edges.
Steam the dumplings for about 10-12 minutes or until fully cooked.
Optional: Pan-fry the steamed dumplings for a crispy bottom.
