  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms cleaned and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme fresh, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add sliced portobello mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in chopped thyme, salt, and black pepper to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish or over pasta.
