- 1 cup Milk (or almond milk)
- 1 scoop Protein powder
- 1 Banana
- 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 cup Ice cubes
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
