- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes optional
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey.
Add minced garlic, ginger, and chili flakes (if using). Whisk until well combined.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
