  • ½ cup Cold water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Mix the flour and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Add the cold butter cubes and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Gradually add cold water and mix until the dough comes together.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and fold it into thirds. Repeat this process 5-6 times.
  5. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before using.
