Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine rhubarb, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Let the mixture cool, then blend until smooth.
  3. Stir in orange juice and lemon juice.
  4. Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze until solid.
  5. To serve, scrape the slush with a spoon and scoop into glasses.
