Rhubarb Slush Recipe
A refreshing and tangy rhubarb slush, perfect for hot summer days.

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup lemon juice
In a saucepan, combine rhubarb, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Let the mixture cool, then blend until smooth.
Stir in orange juice and lemon juice.
Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze until solid.
To serve, scrape the slush with a spoon and scoop into glasses.
