Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably sticky rice
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and toasted sesame seeds.
  2. Form the mixture into small patties.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the rice patties until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
