  • 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet.
  4. Brush both sides with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
