- 1 large Cauliflower cut into 1-inch thick steaks
- 3 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
Place the cauliflower steaks on a baking sheet.
Brush both sides with olive oil.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender.
