  • 100 g Rocket (Arugula)
  • 50 g Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 30 g Parmesan Cheese shaved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large salad bowl, combine the rocket, cherry tomatoes, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
  2. 2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  3. 3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
