Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Mixed Greens
- 2 Pears, sliced
- ½ cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Walnuts, toasted
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced pears, crumbled Roquefort cheese, and toasted walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
