Main Ingredients
- 500 g Fresh Salmon diced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoon Capers chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chives chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Dice the fresh salmon into small cubes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, Dijon mustard, capers, lemon juice, red onion, chives, and olive oil.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving.
