- 200 g Pasta
- 250 g Sausage sliced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add sliced sausage to the pan and cook until browned.
4. Pour in tomato sauce, season with salt and black pepper. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes.
5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce. Mix well to coat the pasta evenly.
6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
