Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any short pasta
  • 150 g Shrimp cooked and peeled
  • 150 g Crab meat imitation or real
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion finely chopped
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dill fresh, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
