Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Swai fish about 6 ounces each
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Place the swai fish fillets on a baking sheet and brush them with the seasoning mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
