Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels canned or frozen
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Sliced Jalapeños optional
  • 1 cup Sour Cream for serving
  • 1 cup Guacamole for serving

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a sheet pan.
  3. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the chips.
  4. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and sliced jalapeños on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole.
