Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled
  • 2 cups Pasta shells, cooked
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup Red onion, diced
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shrimp, pasta shells, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the shrimp and pasta mixture. Toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
