Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz Fettuccine
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Chopped Parsley for garnish
1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add cooked fettuccine and toss to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
