Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. 3. Add diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
