Slider Style Mini Burgers Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 8 Slider Buns
- 8 slices Cheese
- 1 Onion (sliced)
- 1 Tomato (sliced)
- 4 leaves Lettuce
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Form the mixture into 8 small patties.
Grill the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
Toast the slider buns on the grill for a minute or until golden brown.
Assemble the sliders by placing the patties on the buns and adding onion, tomato, and lettuce.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
