Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Dried Beans any variety
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 6 cups Water
Rinse and sort the beans.
Place beans in the slow cooker.
Add chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour in water to cover the beans.
Cook on low for 8 hours or until beans are tender.
