Slow Cooker Northern White Bean Recipe

- 1 lb dried northern white beans rinsed and sorted
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. Place the beans, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
2. Pour in the chicken broth and add the thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beans are tender.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary before serving.
