Slow Cooker Zuppa Toscana Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage mild or spicy
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 3 cups Russet potatoes diced
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 cups Kale chopped
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the sausage, chicken broth, potatoes, onion, and garlic to the slow cooker.
3. Cook on low for 4-5 hours or until potatoes are tender.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and kale. Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
