Instructions
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool slightly.
Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl. Gently fold this mixture into the cooked rice.
Place a sheet of nori on the bamboo sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
Place strips of smoked salmon, cucumber, and avocado along the bottom edge of the rice.
Using the bamboo mat, roll the sushi tightly from the bottom to the top. Wet the top border with a little water to seal the roll.
Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
