  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. Rub the chicken with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. 3. Place the chicken in the smoker and cook for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. 4. Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
