Main Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Applesauce
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- ½ teaspoon Baking powder
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
- 2 Eggs beaten
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
In another bowl, mix the applesauce, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
