Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Red chili peppers chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • ¼ cup White vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Cool and store in a bottle.
