Crust
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoon sugar
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 oz whipped topping
Topping
- 6 oz strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups boiling water
- 16 oz frozen strawberries sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and 3 tablespoon sugar in a bowl. Press into a baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add strawberries. Let cool until partially set, then pour over cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
