Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water and add yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.

4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
6. Punch down the dough, divide it into 8 equal parts, and shape into buns.
7. Place buns on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
