- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Pinto Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn drained
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the pinto beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
4. Add the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese or sour cream.
