Ingredients 

Salad

  • 1 lb beef steak sirloin or flank
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh herbs cilantro, mint, and basil

Dressing

  • 3 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Grill the beef steak to your desired doneness, then let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and fresh herbs.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, chili flakes, and water to make the dressing.
  4. 4. Add the sliced beef to the salad and pour the dressing over. Toss everything together until well combined.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
