  • 6 cups Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup Celery chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 cups Water cold

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
  3. 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. 4. Serve over ice and enjoy!
