Tortellini Soup Recipe
A hearty and comforting tortellini soup, perfect for chilly days.

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped medium-sized
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes 14.5 oz
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 package Cheese Tortellini 9 oz
- 2 cups Spinach fresh
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Add dried basil and oregano. Stir well.
Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions, usually about 7-9 minutes.
Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
