Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk Use any type of milk you prefer
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
- 1 teaspoon Honey Optional, for sweetness
- 1 pinch Black pepper Enhances absorption of turmeric
1. In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
2. Add turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, and a pinch of black pepper.
3. Whisk continuously until the milk is hot but not boiling.
4. Remove from heat and stir in honey if using.
5. Pour into mugs and enjoy warm.
