Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch Turnip Greens washed and chopped
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes canned
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the chopped turnip greens and cook until wilted.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Stir well.
4. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
