  • 4 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. 2. Add the broccoli florets and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the broccoli is tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the Velveeta cheese cubes and milk. Cook, stirring frequently, until the cheese is melted and the soup is smooth.
