Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the chicken breast, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the pot.
  3. 3. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. 4. Remove the chicken breast from the pot, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  5. 5. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
