Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
Instructions
- 1. In a large pot, add the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- 2. Add the chicken breast, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic to the pot.
- 3. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for about 20-25 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- 4. Remove the chicken breast from the pot, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- 5. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried thyme. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve hot.
