Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chinese broccoli (gai lan) trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions 

  1. Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it starts to soften.
  4. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cover the wok and let it steam for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
  6. Serve hot as a side dish.
