Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chinese broccoli (gai lan) trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ¼ cup Water
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until it starts to soften.
Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and water. Stir well to combine.
Cover the wok and let it steam for another 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
Serve hot as a side dish.
