Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots shredded
  • 1 cup Green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and green bell pepper.
  2. In a saucepan, bring vinegar, sugar, salt, and mustard seeds to a boil. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Pour hot mixture over vegetables and mix well.
  4. Let cool, then pack into freezer bags and freeze.
  5. To serve, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
