  • 1 whole Pineapple diced
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper diced
  • ½ cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 whole Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 whole Lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
  2. Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and add salt. Toss to combine.
  3. Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve fresh.
